Golden Latte
This delicious power-charged latte, is perfect served warm on a chilly winter’s day or over ice on a hot summer’s day. (And it’s beautiful to look at any time of year!!)
2 ½ cups (590 ml) unsweetened milk (cow, oat or almond)
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp ground ginger (powder)
¼ ground cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp of coconut oil (or ghee)
Honey or maple syrup to taste
Mix ingredients together and warm in a small saucepan. (Frothing is optional). Serve warm.
