Dill Pickle & Labneh

If you’re anything like me, just the thought of dill pickles gets your mouth watering. If you’re nodding along, then don’t waste another second—this scrumptious snack is calling your name. Dive into the irresistible combo of creamy labneh, crunchy dill pickles, and a dash of Bad’Az Za’Atar; all served up with your favourite chips. It’s the perfect blend of flavours and textures, and trust me; you won’t be able to stop at just one bite!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Medium-sized Dill Pickle (1 per person), chopped into cubes (about 1 cm each)
  • 3-4 TBSP of Labneh
  • 1 tsp of Bad’Az Za’Atar *add more, to suit your taste
  • Other optional toppers, if you feel like dressing it up, would be grated lemon zest and fresh herbs like cilantro, dill, parsley, or chives.
  • Chips or crackers to serve

DIRECTIONS

  1. Using the back of a tablespoon, spread the labneh onto a plate or board
  2. Top with all other ingredients. Serve with crackers and chips on the side.
